[App_rpt-users] Radio-tune-menu not functioning

Stretch is the Debian "codename" for Debian version 9. All of the 
AllStarLink Asterisk images are built on Debian 9. In the case of the 
Raspberry Pi, that is Raspbian Stretch. In the case of the x86/AMD that 
is Debian Stretch (9)
