[App_rpt-users] Ecgolibk timeout setting

In echolink.conf is a line that sets the timeout setting for non-activity.

I'm a hotshot driver and all over the country, at any given time.

I'd like to disable the timer.
Would a setting of 0 do that?
Or, can I just comment that field out?
