[App_rpt-users] Additional Info for ALL on Echolink troubleshooting

I always use a relay server.
There are times I want to use echolink on my phone, if I'm in the living
room and want to monitor.
#1) disconnect phone from local Wi-Fi
#2) everything then falls into place like gravy on biscuits.
