[App_rpt-users] RTCM [RX Packet Out of Bounds]

All,

 

I operate  a network of RTCM's and occasionally find on the individual RTCM
console the syntax "RX Packet Out of Bounds by [insert value] ms.  The
network is comprised of proper Aviat Microwave and Cisco switch gear, with
extremely stable latencies, sub microsecond, as reported by Solar Winds.
That said, can someone help to enlighten me where to begin troubleshooting?
