[App_rpt-users] Audio Delay During Duplex SimpleUSB

Yes, I would just call it a annoyance.

But sometimes it breaks my train of thought in a conversation. 
especially when it gets near 2 seconds. That's what is aggravating for 
me and all the users are quick to say something about it.
It's not hurting anything.

Let me know what you find. I may look at it closer over the holiday & 
weekend.
