[App_rpt-users] Audio Delay During Duplex SimpleUSB

When I stop and think about it, have never heard myself while using iaxrpt.
It doesn't really bother me, but is seems to bug some people a lot, so
was looking for a fix.
I'll give the USB Radio a try. Got to admit it may be awhile. Too lazy
to drag service monitor to repeater and re-diddle levels LOL.
