[App_rpt-users] Call for Volunteers

As a member of the AllStarLink Board of Directors and fellow ham radio 
operator, I want to thank Bryan Fields W9CR for his efforts in helping 
to preserve the legacy of Allstar (the technology), AllStar Link (the 
community) and the project (as a whole) as Jim Dixon envisioned it.  
Bryan is the most passionate person about Allstar that I have ever 
known. His work, dedication, and passion will be difficult to replace.

I want to thank Bryan for all of this, and wish him the best in the 
projects he'll be working on in the future.
