[App_rpt-users] IAX2 percieved not registered. Help

Brian,

I’m back. 
Reloaded the image
Updated and still can not connect

I was on the phone and teamviewer with Fred that replied first for the last hour and half. He said he has done about 20 nodes and has not a clue as what’s is going on with mine. 

Mine turn to lean on you if I can. 
My ip is 207.255.83.251
