[App_rpt-users] IAX2 not perceived registered

I want to put a thank you out to Bryan and Fred that helped trouble shoot my issue.

Turns out that the reason my node wasn't hitting the registration server is that I input an error when bringing ports through my router. So the issue was wholly on my end.
