[App_rpt-users] Help with Allstar registration

Hello All

I've been battling with my allstar node, and noticed this in the 
asterick client cli:

[Mar  2 13:54:45] NOTICE[395]: chan_iax2.c:9839 socket_process: 
Registration of '49801' rejected: 'Registration Refused' from: 
'44.98.254.145'

zl1rah-papakura*CLI> iax2 show registry
Host                  dnsmgr  Username Perceived             Refresh  State
44.98.254.145:4569    Y       49801 <Unregistered>             60  Rejected

Can somebody please tell me how to sort this problem out?
