That's from the log server showing someone attempting to register 46988 from
that IP on the registration server.  It's failing.

What is your IP?  Saying it shows something different and providing no data is
not helpful.

Are you not in NYC on fios?  If that's not your IP please let me know and
we'll blackhole it so it can't talk to the registration servers.
