First, it was stated earlier in this thread that this is a hamvoip node.
Even though the Hamvoip distro is significantly different than AllStar, and
diverging further with each release, we do our best to support all users.
That said...
This looks like the same issue I found on my hamvoip last night. There was
a # in the registration Username even thought I had the hamvoip
registration commented out.
iax2 show registry

iax.conf:
register = 2534:xxxxx at register.allstarlink.org
register = 2510:xxxxx at register.allstarlink.org
;register=2510#4568:xxxxx at register.hamvoip.org
;register=2534#4568:xxxxxxx at register.hamvoip.org
I had to delete the commented register lines and restart Asterisk to get
AllStar registration to work.
I tried to repeat the problem today and could not. So who knows what
happened. In any case, for AllStar your registration has to look more like
this. You likely have only one node on your server and in that case only
one registration.

Another thing to keep in mind about hamvoip is that there is no
rpt_extnodes file. It's been replaced with dns. Dns can be queried like so
*CLI> rpt lookup <node number>
