[App_rpt-users] Drupal Site info

I think the drupal site is still operational, however, the path has 
changed. For example:

Original:

https://docs.allstarlink.org/drupal/node/2


Now:

https://docs.allstarlink.org/node/2



...So, take the "drupal/" out of the path.
