Keith,

I've run usbradio on many Raspberry Pi 3's without issue.  The 3B+ works 
fine with 2 nodes on usbradio, but I don't really recommend it.   I also 
don't recommend a CM119B based radio adapter for usbradio deployments 
for several reasons.
