Check the password on your node iax.conf matches the password for that node.
It's being rejected by the registration server.

192.83.199.4 is the register-mco server, and register.allstarlink.org uses
round robin DNS, so it will spread load over all the servers.  5000+ nodes all
hitting one would not scale, so the admin team has spread out the load.  Makes
it easy to take one off line and work on it without affecting anything either.

Looks like you got it going and it's talking to register-sea now.
