[FSG-public] Tampa Update

I'm posting from Downtown St Pete now, right off 2nd Ave North, 16.1 Miles to
the site.  I have a -75 dBm signal, and there is some local reflections.  I'm
sure it could be improved with minor tweaking but this is a proof of install
test.

Speedtest.net thinks I'm in San Diego, but we're still showing about 10mbit/s

With a bit of height and no people walking in front of the dish I'm sure we'd
do much better.

The AP is on 5880 in the ham only space, the band is very quiet, and I've
detected no other users (that's good!).
