Congratulations on passing your test, and welcome to the world of amateur radio. DMR and P25 are my two primary modes of DV. Like Brian said before there are currently two DMR repeaters up in this area. Tampa Airport on 442.600+ CC1, and St. Pete on 443.750 CC1. There are some other machines starting in Brandon and going east on 1-4 check out DMR-MARC network map for info on those.
