Per Bryan's query, yes, changes were made to improve the signal.  The dish
was raised by 8 feet up to 30 feet above ground and 40 feet above the water
(Tampa Bay).  Most importantly, the antenna is now out from behind the tree
top that was in the path.

I'm planning to try St Pete again by rotating the dish toward downtown -
maybe sometime this week.
