Has anyone successfully used the hytera repeater to feed the data stream into the dstar channel driver on allstar. There is a document on it on the ham-dmr.de website. Wondering what your thoughts are on how it sounds? We have a friend who is an over the road truck driver. He uses his DV dongle to connect to a xrf reflector to connect to us on analog and it sounds fine both ways. Looks like a good way to get DMR on allstar. Not a flame. If you can get ulaw audio out of a Hytera repeater, you don't need the D-Star channel driver.
