[App_rpt-users] 2nd ALLSTAR NODE need to manual config

I cannot find anywhere to tell the allstar servers to NOT auto d/l configuration , I don't want it to write over any of my current nodes config. It says I need to but cant find the option to disable auto d/l. The node is pending so I need info asap Thanks K1if 27519
