The way the voicemail worked on IRLP was nice and I wish I could figure that out as well on app_rpt. I had mine setup in the day so each user had an assigned voicemail box, 1001-1025 or so. If a user left them a message, I had the tail message setup so it would play "there is currently voicemail for...." the voicemail box would have the users own voice announcing his callsign.
