[App_rpt-users] Device usb2 currently not active

Trying to set up a second radio node on a RPI3 using the instructions found on "Page 10 of 12 - Beagle Bone Black Configuration How-to - 04/19/15 - WA3DSP" and getting this error message " Device usb2 currently not active" and do not see the expected message "Saved radio tuning settings to simpleusb_tune_usb2.conf" Herman N6HHP
