As Ken pointed out you must use the ilink commands. you can also change the 71 to something like 01 as long as it doesn't start with a number that's already used in your ilink list. Place the ilink commands under the node stanza your wanting to use the permamemt link commands with. Don't forget to reload your configuration files after you edit the stanza.
