[App_rpt-users] Send text Commands to Echolink

HI all,        This may have been asked before and may be a silly question, but is it possible to send text commands to Echolink? I have an Allstar Node that connects to an Echolink conference fulltime. Is there a way to send conference command to the conference from the allstar node?
