Hi, Most Mini-ITX boards will work well with Linux but watch out for overheating chips, the South Bridge / VGA controller, in particular. Many of these boards don't have a heatsink on the South Bridge and will burn up (or lock up!) in short order in an already hot repeater cabinet. At least the solution is simple! Attach a small adhesive-backed heatsink to the hot chips and this problem is usually eliminated.
