[App_rpt-users] URI sending courtesy tone every 3 seconds

Hi, I have a Pi3 that I am interfacing with a URI. In my experimenting, something happened and the URI now sends the courtesy tone every 3 seconds. When the cable/radio is hooked up, it constantly transmits (radio gets hot!). So, I disconnected the radio and rebooted the node (several times)... same thing. It keeps sending the courtesy tone. Anyone seen this or have a pointer for me? Thanks, Doug KI7DQG
