[App_rpt-users] Disable announcements for node connects and disconnects

When nodes connect, our repeater outputs long announcements (e.g. node xxxxx is connected to node xxx...). How is this eliminated? Simple tones are fine. I'm missing something here.. Thanks, Bob kk6ecm
