[App_rpt-users] Playing message from HUB to permanently connected links after system inactivity

Hi! Could somebody please help me to make central hub to play random prerecorded messages over links, which are permanently connected to it, after 10 minutes of the whole system inactivity? Telemdefault=0 everywhere as i dont want any preset voice announcements to be played at all and don't know how to customise them. Is it possible to customise connected/disconnected announcements with prerecorded announcement which would be different for each node? Thanks! Yuri, RU3AID
