[App_rpt-users] Echolink Ka-CHunk nodes?

Hi, I seem to be getting a huge amount of Echolink Ka-Chunk nodes that just log in and then I'm left with a connection that just key's up and down constantly every few seconds with no audio all day until I notice and hang it up.. Do I need to update some of the All_Star software or something to get around this?
