Obviously that's not the entire answer... if even the partial answer.

The problem is most likely this: Dial(Zap/1,20/${EXTEN}) It should probably look like this: Dial(Zap/1/${EXTEN}) See http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+cmd+Dial for further details. Steve WA6ZFT
