All, I operate a network of RTCM's and occasionally find on the individual RTCM console the syntax "RX Packet Out of Bounds by [insert value] ms. The network is comprised of proper Aviat Microwave and Cisco switch gear, with extremely stable latencies, sub microsecond, as reported by Solar Winds.
