[App_rpt-users] Loading of new PC Stops Midstream

I'm trying to load a PC for a new node. The load process stops at various places and just hangs. The screen gets a few gibberish characters and then just hangs. I can start the load again and it will stop in another place. It once got as far as just 22 applications to load the just stopped and put up the garbage again. Any ideas? I burned a new CD and it does the same thing. Also tried an external USB CD drive and same results. thanks 73 Jim W7RY
