It seems perfectly trivial to use these breakout boards, a handful of CM-119 chips, and haywire the other components on top. Cost - about $35, for TEN of them. QFP48 are not as difficult to solder as they look. Easy to do anything you like with any pin. No pcb to make. All parts COTS.
