This is a jumble, but looking at it, I see several networks typed incorrectly. Your Allstar box's IP needs to match the local subnet on your router. currently this doesn't match. You'll need to check what's in /etc/resolve.conf for your nameservers. Try 4.2.2.2 or 8.8.8.8 and see if it works. ping 67.215.233.178 and see if it works. This is the IP of the registration server which register.allstarlink.org points to.
