[App_rpt-users] Audio too much highs and not balanced when connecting to RTCM

Tim, I thought that setting ctcsslevel to 0 in the RTCM still causes pre-emphasis to happen, aslong as the txtone is set to a value? Does ctcsslevel need to be 1? Hayden
