      CORRECTION;

BINDPORT in rpt.conf should have been iax.conf.

Found out what to root problem was for Auto-congesting call due to slow, 
failing connection. It was a little simpler than a link or tail a file.
It turns out he was using a NON-standard BINDPORT I /we should have seen 
that when I did a;
28523*CLI> rpt lookup <NODE>

Node: 28523, Method:   DNS, Actual:   DNS, Data:
radio@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1000/NODExxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

He changed the BINDPORT in rpt.conf and now have no trouble connecting 
anymore. Thanks for all your help.
