There are some Asterisk Manager commands that will give you various status info. I suppose some sort of simple script can be written to take the output of this stuff and do whatever with it, including put it into a file however you want it. My best suggestion to see what commands are implemented is to look at the sources for app_rpt. I would like to process the file to update the live status on a website of my HUB node. Almost like the AllStar status but shows ALL the nodes that are linked.
