[App_rpt-users] Happer system with APRS

I found and fixed the problem (well, it wasnt really a problem, more of an irritation) that some of you were having while running APRS (the 'interrupted system call' thing). Please re-download app_gps from the SVN and it will fix this. JIM WB6NIL
