If you followed the installation instructions located here: http://app-rpt.qrvc.com/node/68 The system should prompt you to set a password, not ask you for one. If it is asking you for a password then this means the installation has failed. The most common reason for an install failure is the lack of an Internet connection, or lack of a function DHCP server in your router.
