[App_rpt-users] ASL SETUP

I am trying to help a friend with a first-time Allstar setup by creating a step-by-step guide. I'm following the ' Beginners Guide ' from the Wiki. All went well until the radio-tune-menu. Step 1 OK. Step 2 OK, plenty of noise level and squelch set. Step 3 - set rx voice level - there is no level at all, no matter what number I use. Secondary issue..I cannot connect with SSH ( WinSCP ).
