For sure Asterisk is not happy. A shot... sounds like the computer lost your URI/FOB USB address when it lost power. Need to reset using lsusb to identify address and reset devstr= parameters in the USB tune file. Ive also had this problem when the network settings are not correct, but would bet on the devstr perameters.
