[App_rpt] Problems noted with dl.allstarlink.org and stats.allstarlink.org

We are painfully aware that stats.allstarlink.org and dl.allstarlink.org are not functional. (Both sites return a blank white page with the word TEST). We are investigating this and will advise when everything is returned to normal. Allstar Link Node registation and network functionallity is NOT affected. Steve R. WA6ZFT
