You can do this but you also have to pay echolink a "donation" of $40/year to have a conference server.

Hi List,

Any idea if you can connect to the Echolink network via AllStar as an Echolink Conference server? In other words, configure echolink.conf with credentials that allows it to connect to Echolink as a conference server instead of -R or -L?
