I'm passing the rxvoice, but failing the rxnoise. The radio seems to have a lot of noise, however the measured is a small fraction of the modulated signal. IaxRpt is "measuring" a lot of noise (gree bar is showing strong. What am I missing here with respect to these measurement in the tune? What are the units? Gain? What is the squelch logic coming out of your radio?
If the line changes, does it go low with signal or no signal? And when it goes low does it pull to ground?
The URI will not see a signal change if only voltage is supplied by the radio. The radio MUST pull the signal to ground on receive or when squelched.
If the radio doesn't pull to ground then you may need to connect an NPN transistor to pull the line to ground. Then set USB radio for usbinvert.

No RF input to the radio.
I'm attempting to setup a substitute receiver for testing, but am experiencing difficulty setting it up, and not wanting to make a switch to simpleusb, thus making the minimum number of changes.
The substitute receiver (Yaesu FT-1500M) is detecting CTCSS, with USB COR out, and I'm using the speaker output. (see below conf file)
Any thoughts?
