I have Also been experiencing problems with audio level. Has anyone else not been able to hear anything barely while the headphones are not plugged in even when volume is all the way up?

While I can't speak specific to android phones, the iPhone will keep switching between Cell network and wi-fi. You have no say in the matter if they are both on. Since the setup is different for each, only one works per setup but the switching causes delays and will buger up your connection. There is only one way to keep it from happening.
Best course of action is to "turn on airplane mode" and "then turn wi-fi on" if you are wanting to use "wi-fi".
And "turn wi-fi off" if you are only wanting to use "cell network".
It might not be the source of your problem, but it sure sounds like it to me.

Has anyone experienced problems with the Zoiper iPhone app?
Sometimes it gets stuck on transmit, and I keep pressing pound and nothing works until I end call. This happens too often (usually 10 minutes into the call) to be safely useable.
