[App_rpt-users] Migration Nodes Have Been Purged

All migration nodes on the Allstar Link system have been purged out of the database. If there is a particular old node number that you want and have an overwhelmingly good reason, it is certainly possible to have an old node number that was in migration status previously assigned for a new node.
