Thanks for all of the suggestions. I switched over to simpleusb from usbradio since I don't need the extra features, and that appeared to fix the problem. I'm using an HP T5720 thinclient with the DMK URI and it likely doesn't have enough processing power to use chan_usbradio. Ron Phillips AA7RP
