[App_rpt] DTMF processing?

I have just setup another node and I am having an issue with DTMF, the node is decoding my dtmf just fine, however it's not actually going through and processing anything. I can control it via rpt fun <node> <cmd> and that works fine, but something is missing.. The configs were copied over from a good known working node (and node numbers changed).. What did I miss?
