[App_rpt-users] Save and restore /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/rpt/nodenames across restarts?

How are nodename files saved and restored across restarts on Limey Linux? I did a svastbin and I see the files in astbin.tgz. They did not restore on startup. Are they supposed to? -- Tim :wq
