I am happy to report that the answer is very soon, probably early next week. There were a few issues mostly not related to Allstar that had to be worked out. One was a boot issue that appears to be resolved.
I have created a web page with instructions and the image will be downloaded from there. I expect to release this to a selected test group tomorrow or the next day for initial testing before I publicize the download page.
